Museomix website plugins update

Hi folks
I’m Samy, maintainer of Museomix global website. I’m currently patching some bugs, but some plugins are not up-to-date and need new versions.

But these plugins need non-free license.

So, my question is simple : who pays for it ? local communities ? Or is it possible to make invoice in name of the global Museomix association ?
