Hello !
During the interco in Caen we talked about our willing to improve the documentation of the prototypes. I proposed to create a document “How to document the prototype” which can help all the communities to do it. We could send it to each community before the event, as a reminder.

In fact, I think the actual system is not ideal : the prototype form is very huge, some fields are not very clear, we need to reimagine the workflow
(but your summary is good for current system
