@bettina, I invite you to exchange on this tool to reach all members of the community museomix and get answers and sharing experiences from them.
Concerning the dates of 2017 ... I have to decide this week.
@Marilyne and @DianeDrubay also worked around Berlin museomix project.

You might know from Diane that we presented the idea of Museomix at the Museum Think Tank Berlin one week ago, which found quite good resonance, but not a definite/selected museum. We communicated the Event date 10th to 12th November.
We were in touch with Nemo and the German Museum Association, where we will launch the call for application of the museum (this week). As we finally got some documents from the Suisse Association, we have therefor luckily a german version.
To finish the document (call for museum) and send around, as well as to communicate furthermore, I have 2 questions:
1) Is there an E-Mail on the global site we can use (and name as contact for the museums), or create a kind of blog as lower surface under the global website (as we do not have an association yet – for financing we might possibly do it over the museum ...) with the corresponding layout?
2) Concerning the timeline: Which are the dates fixed by Museomix global (obligatory, but suggestions’/corrections for the others are also welcome
After the Suisse paper we have the following timeline (beside the event itself):
End of February: final dossiers for participation of museums (maybe beginning of March is also OK, as we already have the 16th Jan.?)
15th March (?) Send the museomix project to Museomix global
End of March: 1st organisation and coordination meeting with the museum (and defining of the themes?)
Beginning May: publication of all participating museums in Museomix 2017
10th June (?) 1st call for participants
from 10th July: Selection and publication of the Museomixer participating at the event

Is this OK like that?
And how often would you do the Apero-Mix for recruiting people to the Team?
So a lot of questions to go further ...
Léa, who did Museomix in Nantes, is in Berlin and contacted us – very nice, and we hopefully meet soon.
